The SPI Files
The Grendel Affair (Book 1)
There’s a serial killer prowling the city’s subway tunnels. A descendant of Grendel shares his ancestor’s hatred of parties, revelry, and drunks. With New Year’s Eve in Times Square only two days away, the agents of SPI need to bag him quickly. If they don’t find him—and the organization behind him—by midnight, everyone’s time is up.
The Dragon Conspiracy (Book 2)
A trio of harpies attacks the crowd at a Met Museum gala and steals the star of the exhibition: seven cursed diamonds known as the Dragon Eggs. They have the power to “cure” the supernaturals of the tristate area—but for the ancient ones, that means turning into dust. SPI has 24 hours to find the diamonds, the mage responsible for their theft, and save the ancients.

The Brimstone Deception (Book 3)
Brimstone is a new designer drug that lets you see every supernatural beast sharing the sidewalk, train, or office with you. It can only be produced with molten brimstone fresh from Hell, so a rift to the underworld is opened somewhere in the city. And when the new cartel responsible for the drug loses control of it, it’s going to be Hell on Earth.
The Ghoul Vendetta (Book 4)
A vampire gangster’s nephew is abducted off his yacht by a bunch of low-rent Creatures from the Black Lagoon. A slew of banks is knocked over by what looks like the cast of Night of the Living Dead. The culprits aren’t wearing disguises or makeup. They’re deadly real. Their leader is an ancient shapeshifter whose crime spree is just the beginning—of the end of the human race.

The Myth Manifestation (Book 5)
Every 100 years, the supernatural races come together to negotiate and renew a peace treaty. SPI’s security nightmare becomes real when monsters from the delegates’ mythologies begin appearing in the flesh. And when the convention hotel gets sucked into another dimension, SPI discovers they’re all pieces in a deadly game, a game about to spill over into the real world.
The Phoenix Illusion (Book 6)
A building from another world suddenly appears on a vacant lot in New York. Old enemies have joined forces to develop the means to kidnap an entire building and everyone in it. Who or what is their ultimate target? SPI is running out of time to find the answers. Failure will result in front-row seats for the end of the world as we know it.

The Solstice Countdown (Book 7)
A stranger has come to Makenna Fraser of SPI’s hometown, bringing with him a source of primordial evil. Magically gifted locals start vanishing, and the town is cut off from the outside world. It’s a race against the clock to use a local winter solstice phenomenon to free the town from an awakening evil that’s existed since the beginning of time.
The Gorgon Agenda (Book 8)
The Aegis—the shield of Athena containing the head of Medusa—has been stolen from SPI’s vault. All who look at it or its reflection are instantly turned to stone. Those behind the theft have declared war on humanity. SPI will need their friends, family, and some unexpected new allies if they’re to stop this ancient evil once and for all.
